There is a Pool, and beautiful outdoors spaces that spaces that don’t require maintenance from occupants.
Looking for someone to join a lease as my housemate is moving in with her partner at the end of this period (mid jan2025). And I need a person to sign the new lease with me once I negotiate with the landlord.
Building has lifts, pets not allowed, and a noise restriction after 10pm. You will be sharing with 1 person with a pre-existing good relationship with landlord.
