I’m pretty easygoing; I don’t drink during the week and typically keep to myself, but I'm totally fine if you enjoy the occasional drink and want to socialize.

Most weekends, I’m out with friends or hanging out with my girlfriend, but I also enjoy spending a chill night in watching a movie.

Being clean and tidy is important since you’ll be sharing a bathroom and toilet with the other tenant. Both you and the other tenant will be responsible for keeping your areas clean and tidy. If it becomes an issue, we can consider hiring a cleaner for the shower and bathroom.

As for the rest of the house, I vacuum and mop once a week, but we can set up a roster to take turns with that
