Hi!

MM couple (33, 31) looking for one person to become our housemate.

The space: large house (4 bed, 2 bathroom, 3 toilet, upstairs lounge) and yard with gardens, big doggos (sorry, not suitable for other pets), great location (5 mins to major shopping precinct, 10 mins to airport). 60’s build with 90’s additions, excellent security system. Plenty of parks nearby, and a parking space available (for a small/medium car). Located in Cloverdale. House needs some aesthetic upgrades but that’s my perpetual job!

The offer: big room (4.5 x 3.3 m) with personal access to patio, air con, quality free-standing (modifiable/adjustable) wardrobe, original polished wooden floor, and your own bathroom and toilet. $300 p/w incl. bills.

The lifestyle: chill couple, both employed full-time, enjoys house projects and hobbies. Gardening, sports, outdoors, homemaking, socialising (largely out of home). He’s in engineering and I’m enviro. We’re looking for; someone respectful of space and energy with similar values, preferably FIFO, good with dogs (2 x docile greyhounds, 1 x lively Mastiff x Ridgeback), and obviously LGBTQIA+ friendly/allied.
