Hi Guys,

My housemate and I are looking for a new housemate to move into our current rental of 3 bedroom, 2 baths. We are in Cockburn Central, not too far from Murdoch Uni, about 15 mins.

The room that we are renting out would be the master bed room and here is the break down.

- $300/week excluding utilities (WiFi is about $29 a month)

- Electricity and gas split equally

- Available from 28 Jan 2025

- You would have an ensuite toilet all for yourself

- Room will be unfurnished but the rest of the house is. We have most of the things you would need in a house. (Washing Machine, Fridge etc.)

- Garage 2 spots to be shared among three of us, however street parkings are always available

You would also be sharing the house with 1 cat so would be good if you love cats/ animals in general.

My housemate and I are both full time worker, working 10 hours a day so would be out for most of the day.
We are neat and clean people, so would prefer someone who are the same too. Thanks!

You will be living with 2 female veterinarians. Both very friendly. We both live upstairs. We are pretty quiet, do not prefer parties and loud noises.
Both working full time now.
Compatible people
We would love to keep the house clean.
Make sure dishes get cleaned after use daily.
Description of pets
She is a 3 year old Calico female cat. Very friendly and clingy. Will come to say “ Hi” to you and wants snuggles.
