3 bedroom townhouse in Como. Your bedroom can comfortably fit a double bed and drawers and comes with a cupboard (came with house). Your room also has a private balcony that looks out over the street.
The third bedroom is a combined study/craft/workspace and will have a couch and desk once our current housemate moves out, there’s also extra storage space in the cupboards.
1 shared bathroom and a seperate toilet downstairs. 2 outside courtyards.
The townhouse is in a great easy to get anywhere location:
* 10 minute drive to Perth and Vic Park
* 5 minute drive to South Perth and Applecross
* 10 minute walk to Canning Bridge train station which will have you into the city in 8 minutes
* 910 bus stop 1 minute walk away and 30 bus stop 5 minutes walk away
* Walking distance to the Preston Street strip which has an IGA, cafes, restaurants and a bar.

Matt - 35, archaeologist specialising in Indigenous archaeology. I can be outgoing and social but also like my own space at home from time to time. I work away for a week at a time every couple of months. I like to keep a good routine and keep fit and healthy during the week, I’m fairly social on the weekend and like to spend my time visiting friends and family, heading to the beach and enjoying a social drink. I love my houseplants, cooking, and sci-fi.
