A fairly small bedroom with a built in wardrobe - there are 2 to choose from, both do fit a double bed in and already have one in but id you'd prefer a single bed to have more storage space you are welcome to bring a single bed. You would also receive the use of the wardrobe in the spare room to allow you extra storage. There is also bedding already if you need it too :)

Walking distance to both the como beach, iva, farmer jacks, como pub and south Perth foreshore. Lovely 3 bedroom villa, it's a tight 2 car garage with a storage cupboard and a spacious courtyard. I've lived here a while so it's all already furnished. As it's 3 bedroom if you require an office we could work something out as an extra for you to use this as an office space but it currently has a spare bed for if either of us had guests stay :)

I am not the landlord, they're a lovely couple and have asked to meet the potential tenant to set everything up. The current lease is until February. Also the photos currently posted are from when I originally moved in, I will update them but am away currently.

I'm 31, currently working part time at a dog groomers but building my photography business as well as writing storybooks for children ❤️ I have a cute spaniel named Bilbo who I flew over from the UK when I moved here, he's super friendly, loves new people and is very well trained. I love drum n bass music but am also a lover of country and pop (don't worry I'm not going to be blasting any music out through the speakers unless you also enjoy it from time to time) I'm very social and love to make new friends. I do love an occasional party but am also respectful so would not arrange anything at the home without discussing it with my roommate;)

I believe in mutual respect and am accommodating. For example I will only arrange a gathering at the house if discussed with my roommate first and won't be too loud. I'm sociable so I won't just shut myself away in the room all the time but also know sometimes you each want your own space - Oh and if we love the same foods then we can go in on food or take it in turns to cook for the house!
Description of pets
I have a cocker spaniel named Bilbo. He is a very friendly dog - everyone who meets him always wants him or offers to dog. He will love to join you for cuddles - but he's also very well trained so can easily learn he's not allowed in your room if you so desire! He's not allowed to eat from the plate ever - I can actually leave a fresh plate of food on the sofa whilst I go to the loo and I don't even tell him to leave it, he knows he can't touch it so won't try! But he does expect the cheese tax!
