There are a couple leafy parks nearby, and Bibra Lake is good for those who run (not me - I lift weights - there are plenty gyms nearby too).
Public transport options line up with both Murdoch and Fremantle train stations - bus stop is 30m away.
Murdoch University, Fiona Stanley Hospital and the Fremantle / South Beach area all a short 12 min drive away should you wish to buy your pumpkin spiced latte instead of using the matte black Breville Barista Express in the kitchen...

I spend a good amount of time away with work or with my partner who lives in Freo. You would probably have the place to yourself at least half the week. To be fair, I am pretty neat and tidy but not to an excessive degree - simply put things back where you found them, don't eat my Meredith's goat cheese without asking, and we will get along just fine. Equally I tend to lead a fairly quiet lifestyle so if house parties and jelly wrestling is your thing, then perhaps this is not the abode for you. Comparatively, the courtyard is a lovely area for casual entertaining - fairy lights in the background and something delicious sizzling on the BBQ. If you have any extra curricular activities that require more space (e.g. snowboard, musical instrument, giant ornate tyrannosaurus rex) then you can secure it in our privately locked storage room.
