Description of the home

Looking for a FIFO couple or single to join me on a new 6 month lease for this Cottesloe flat.

I currently live with my best friend from back home and her boyfriend, but we’ve lived together for the last two years and now they’re getting a permanent visa so they are now moving into their own place.

The room is a large room with lots of space. The property is 400m from Cottesloe beach and right across the road from the tennis courts.

The rent for that room is $550 per week.
It doesn’t include bills but of course you would only pay for what you use when you’re here and honestly they aren’t that much at all. I’m happy to sort all the bills.

You would need to go on the lease which is due to be renewed in November and I’ll probably ask for 6 months which is the minimum, the letting agent is actually really nice and she always sorts out if we have any issues.

We do have a car park spot but also there’s a mini car park and loads of street parking.
The beach is 400m left outside the apartment and the train line is a 10 minute walk right out of the apartment.

I am studying full time and working part time. When I’m on my breaks I also work a 2/1 fifo roster. I enjoy the outdoors, walking running, going to the beach.
I’m a clean, tidy organised person so looking for someone with the same qualities who is respectful.
