There is a park right opposite the house. Its just a two minute drive to either Morley Galleria, Dianella Plaza or Wellington Village. Its just a very short walk to Morley Drive where you can catch a bus if you don't have your own transport. By taxi it only takes 10-15 minutes to get to and from the airport which would suit FIFO workers.

The gardens have a large variety of fruit trees, including oranges, grapefruit, pears, bananas, apples, mangoes, strawberries and you can eat as little as much as you want whilst they are in season. There are no carpets anywhere in the house except for the study. The study has plenty of shelving and cupboard storage available.
