The room on offer is the Master Bedroom. It can accommodate 2 people (so depending on how many occupants there are, they can opt for a double bed/mattress (couple) or 2 single beds/mattress (for singles). There's a walk-in closet with ample storage space, a chest drawer and 2 side tables with lamps. A Dyson blade fan is also available for use. The master bedroom room has the ensuite bathroom.

I have just arrived back in Perth from overseas. I am now ready to entertain serious offers. Please refer to the add before you make an enquiry as I will be basing my shortlist on who meets it. I am looking for a move in date of 18 March.

The unit is located in a 7-storey building complex on Hay Street, East Perth. The building is well secured. A security card is required to enter the building and operate the lifts. The complex has a swimming pool and a gym. The unit comes with a car space available for free for tenants use. The neighborhood is very cosmopolitan, surrounded by hotels, apartments, a post office, a supermarket, small shops and an array of dining options. A well-managed park is on the corner of Hay and Plain Streets for morning and afternoon walks. Langley Park is also down the road.
