There is a double bed in the room but can easily fit a queen size bed. Built-in wardrobe. No aircon in rooms just living area. I've used a fan in the bedroom all summer and has been ideal. You will basically have your own bathroom apart from when I'm doing my laundry or using the bath, other than that I never use that bathroom so you'll have plenty of storage.
