I’m in my 40s, professional single female, working full time and am looking to share my home with another female or couple who prefer a calm, peaceful, clean and organised living environment.

I am also studying and have another side job so am often busy in the evenings with work or social commitments. I am an early riser and spend time with my dogs in the mornings and evenings, taking them for walks or visiting local cafes and markets.

I’m warm and friendly but prefer my own personal space after long and busy work days. I am open to a shared meal once in a while but prefer to maintain own cooking and shopping schedules.

Warm, friendly, tidy, clean and considerate house mate/s who are looking for a calm and peaceful living environment. Dog lovers only. You will not be expected to feed or clean up after the dogs but be kind and gentle with them. It’s important that you can clean up after yourself and be respectful that this is a shared living space. No late night parties or guests unless discussed and agreed prior.

Personal references and a police check will be required by the home owner prior to moving in (this is a long term rental property).

Description of pets
There are two long haired miniature dachshunds living inside the house, both 10+ years. Relaxed, clean, toilet trained, very friendly and affectionate.
