Located in a quiet area overlooking parkland in Ellenbrook, this recently built home offers spacious living areas including a dedicated theatre room with big-screen TV, open-plan dining/living area, a large and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine, laundry, and 2 bathrooms (incl. ensuite). Outside there is a cute alfresco area, grassed area and small vege garden.

Just a short 5-minute walk to public transport and a shopping centre, cafes, hairdressers and other speciality stores. Plus, the new Ellenbrook train station is set to open on December 8, 2024.

The house is fully furnished (the room on offer has a king single bed but is otherwise unfurnished) with reverse-cycle air-conditioning and lots of natural light. The garage is not available for parking but there is plenty of dedicated street parking bays.

There is a household cat and the property is also home to a bee hive located to the side of the house.
