Seeking a single individual to share a home. I work 5 days a week, generally busy on the weekends enjoying cycling family and friends. I am homely, the house is neat and tidy. Chores are shared on a roster basis. Power, water and gas bills are included in the rental amount, should it go over the general costs we can work together for the increased payment. Netflix and internet is free. There is an enclosed garage to park your car. The house is near reserves, easy access to public transport, shops are within walking distance or catch the bus. The room is available now. Regret no smokers, illicit drug use, house parties not allowed.
