Description of the home

3 bedroom 1 bathroom house in Hamilton hill just off Pheonix road. Living area has a 50inch smart tv. We have fast NBN with iiNet. Good living area and kitchen to chill and cook up a feed.

10 min walk from a bus stop, 5min drive from Pheonix shopping centre. Theres plenty of fast food joints no more than 5-10min drive and gyms are very close as well. Pretty much everything you need is close including small parks.

There is off street parking but unfortunately there is only cover for one car.

Bills and expenses

The whole house costs $300 a week in rent but of course it is divided evenly between the 3 rooms. The power, gas and internet is divided evenly among everyone. The land lord pays for the water bill. Recently the power has been about $180 a month, internet is $79.99 a month, the gas added up to $64 over the last 3 months. After you split all those bills it does not cost much per person.
