I’m looking for a short-term tenant to rent my master bedroom in a 2-bedroom unit in Highgate for November-December while I’m overseas. The rent is $350 per week, and the room is fully furnished, with bills and fast internet included.

About Us: You’ll be renting my room and sharing the apartment with James, my classmate at WAAPA. We are both non-smokers who enjoy nature and a healthy lifestyle. Since we’re studying full-time and working, we’re not home much, but when we are, we enjoy a chat but also value and respect each other's space and downtime.
