Large room in modern home in fantastic, convenient location. Short 5 minute walk to Stirling train and bus station and Westfield Innaloo shopping centre. Easy public transport access to Scarborough Beach.
Sharing a bathroom with another girl, late 20’s from Myanmar.
A third room is rented but tenant (early 30s girl from Laos) is almost never here.
Owner (Eric; 50 yr old guy) lives on the other side of the house and is often not here also. I keep to myself.
A very quiet house currently.
Room vacant on 25th November; current tenant is moving out on 24th.
