2 x 2 Apartment sized house with gated access. Limited car parking; there are two visitor bays and 1 space on the grass so availability will depend at time of parking. The bathroom also contains the laundry, cat feeding and litter area which is regularly maintained. Bus stops are located at the front of the house. 4 minute drive to Westfield Innaloo. 500m from a pub, bottlo and iga. I will be moving house mid June. Your bedroom already has a queen bed frame, mattress, mattress comforter and doona, 4 new pillows, wall mounted TV, glam/study table with drawers, a standing fan and a small mirror for use to borrow throughout the duration of your stay.
