Glendalough train station is a 3-minute drive or 18-minute walk. Buses are frequent and bus stops are close by. The Powis St freeway entrance is a 5-minute drive in a non-peak hour.
Plenty of amenities are nearby in Mt Hawthorn, Osborne Park and Dog Swamp.
We are a young-minded couple in our 60s and are empty nesters. We run our business from home.
