The Master Bedroom is fully furnished with Queen Bed (on a deluxe King Frame), Book shelf, Desk and Chair, Touch Lamps, and a Built-in Robe.

Flexible with short-term stays, I'd only need a weeks vacating notice with how the current rental market is going at the moment.

It's more like a no-strings-attached AirBnB.

The apartment is a short walk to Glendalough train station (2 stops to city). There's a couple of closer bus stop as well.

Great location! People that stay love the area.

Car owners: On-premises parking for you (1 additional spot).

Room and Living 🏡

There's a decent sized TV and comfortable couch + LaZyBoy recliner in the Living Room. That room is pretty much all yours - I rarely have any time for it these days (working).

There's also a fully functional kitchen, a large fridge, and all the necessary appliances and utensils. The kitchen and dining area doesn't see a great deal of use from me at the moment either 😆

The 2 Bedrooms at the home are also separated by the bathroom and linen closet and the Master's Robe, so there's no awkward wall sharing issues or anything like that.

Option to use your own furniture instead as needed.

Other Notes:

The laundry room contains a washer and a dryer. Clothes line out the back too.

A nice, safe area.

It's just me extra living there and I'm ideally looking for a down-to-earth person or couple and decided to rent out the amazing Master Bedroom since I have a slightly expensive mortgage to pay on the place.

Nb. not a party house, more of a chill place to unwind.

Non-smokers only. Strictly a non-drug household.
