Description of the home

The place is a two storey townhouse with bedrooms on the 2nd floor and living areas on the ground floor. The Forum is only a block away so easy access to shops, bus stops etc. and less than 10mins from airport/Costco. You would have your own private room and bathroom (seen in photos) has a bed and tv which can stay or be taken out and those mirrors along the wall are sliding doors with a full length wardrobe behind them. It's through a Realty with inspections every 3 months so place is kept pretty tidy (we've been here for awhile and the realty/owners are pretty good and never had any issues) Move in date is flexible but room is ready now. Place is fully set up with washers, dryers , appliances etc. and we are more than happy to share it all (so no stress)
