You have your own furnished bedroom with a double bed in it, plus a separate study, own lounging tv room, bathroom and own large fridge. Bedroom could fit a queen bed in it if you have one. $500 per week for single person includes gas, electricity, internet and water. I’m looking to share with a professional person or student. A new split aircon system has just been installed in the bedroom for your comfort during summer. There is also an aircon in the living area.

Open planned and clean 4 x 2 house in a quiet street in Kinross, with tree lined views. Its only a 5 min drive to Burns beach and an 8 min drive to Joondalup. 5 min walk to bus stop.

House is light and bright. Large pergola area to sit and relax under. I’m looking for a professional person who works full-time or is a full-time student who wants to stay for at least 12 months. This house would not suit a FIFO person. You will have a furnished double bedroom, a separate study (or large dressing room), your own tv room, bathroom and fridge all to yourself. No smokers, drugs or people with mental health issues please. Must be clean and tidy.

You would be living with one other mature female who respects your privacy, but is also social and up for a chat if you want one.
