Mature aged share home . . . We have a couples or singles room available it has been professionally cleaned and is ready to go . . . We have a large modern secure home big enough to accommodate everyone's own privacy when needed or wanted with NO bills .... Not a rental home.......Rent covers absolutely everything except food, linen and toiletries :) ..... all inclusive of wifi, netflix, theatre room with huge tv, reverse cycle heating and a/con, extensive pergola/outdoor areas with webber, drink fridge, wall mounted tv, stereo system etc, manicured retic gardens, individual locks on all bedroom doors, every room has a large wall tv and thick quality pillowtop mattress with matching bedroom suites, your own shelves in pantry, fridge/freezer, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ice and filtered water, 10 mins from the airport and the new huge hospital in Midland, 20-25 to the city, outside smoking.... we have a furnished queen size with ceiling fan, and large 4K wall tv’s, would suit chilled mature responsible full time employed ppl who can clean up after themselves and take their monthly turn of the housework who likes to live in a clean tidy laid back atmosphere, we enjoy a drink and a laugh on occasion but def not a party house .....

We have our own completely separate wing, entrance, kitchen, lounge, outdoor area, the only time you see us at all is occasionally using the washing machine . . . our home is a large modern home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Maida Vale near High Wycombe not far from the Roe Hwy....... One side of the cul de sac is parkland with a brook running through, birds singing and have even seen a kangaroo jumping past twice now :) as a no-through road it has very minimal traffic.. Buses at the corner to everywhere including the City and the new High Wycombe train station at the end of Maida Vale Rd :) . .

And I apologise for having to ask these questions but it has become apparent that we now need to, after all you will be sharing a home with others . . . If you have a problem with cleaning up after yourself, taking your turn at the housework (or hiring a cleaner to take your 4 weekly turn), are into drugs, excessive drinking, have a history of incarceration or mental issues that can cause problems with others this is probably not the place for you, we like peace and tranquillity lol so please move along ty 😁

Bills and expenses

You clean up everyday things as you go/use but total house weekly Cleaning is divided by number of tenants on a weekly turn schedule, 4 adults = every 4th week . . Many ppl hire a cleaner to do their turn, up to you . .
