Large queen size bedroom available in cozy 3 bed apartment in Maylands with private ensuite bathroom, private courtyard, pool, spa, sauna and gym.
Nice friendly vibes in a great location. A few minutes walk to cafes, breweries, restaurants and shops. There is a pet cat in the apartment. Close to airport. Direct link via train, Maylands station is a stones throw away.
Sharing with a 29 year old male who is quiet, friendly, working full time and not often home. The smaller office space may occasionally be used by the owner for the first few months while he transitions to his new house.
There is currently a lush garden in the courtyard and you're welcome to contribute any plants. Apartment comes with a cat door (although it doesnt come with a cat!).
