Recently purchased a new home and looking to rent a room out. It's a two-story home that's only 1 year old, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The location is very convenient, with a 2 min walk to the shopping center, bus station, cafes, and more. The house sits on the boarder of St. Andrew's Estate in Dianella and Mirrabooka.

You would be living with myself and my dog (Mini Pinscher). Street parking is available behind the house.
