I'm currently looking for someone to move in/renew my lease with me in the apartment I'm in as my housemate is moving back to Melbourne. New lease would need to be signed by 21st of Jan.
Apartment is in Mt lawley within a gated community (right behind Lotus/the Beaufort pub, very central and close to the city. Centre hub for all the bars and restaurants. All amenities super close by.
Rent is 285/week per person with water included
