Charming 3x2 in Mount Lawley with off-street parking for at least 2 cars (1 space under cover).
Available bedroom is good sized, able to have a queen bed and a bedside with small console to house a tv (if you were so inclined). Closet is not generous, so the third bedroom closet is available for you to use also. The third bedroom is set up as a home office. Photos show staged and room as it is. You have your own bathroom and toilet, as my room has an en-suite.
Kitchen is old school. The oven might be the first to exist. But there is a dishwasher!
Lounge room is undergoing some change in furniture so photo of that space looks quite underwhelming. Outdoors is unfurnished currently, so I have taken real estate listing photos to advertise it.
Car spaces are all yours as I do not own a car.
