It is 200 meters to the bus stop on Beaufort St, ECU, Gym, coffee shops, Inglewood Hotel and all that the Beaufort St strip has to offer including restaurants, shops, pubs etc.

There is a lovely outdoor area with fountain, bbq etc for morning coffee or entertaining.

I am a young 60 year old female. I am semi-retired. I generally work as a government employee, and currently only working a couple of days a week. I have a busy lifestyle and ideally I would like someone to share with me who also has a busy active lifestyle also.

I have had 3 long term males sharing my home in the past. I am an easy going individual but this is not a party house perse, but I enjoy having friends over as I am sure you do to. Happily share a meal and a glass of wine - or as my last housemates we shared the cooking a few nights a week, shared bbq, prep'd salads etc If your busy and out and about, as I am also often, then no problem. I would consider your four legged friend, (to be negotiated), I love dogs! A previous fllatmate had a beautiful dog but sadly they had to go back to Sydney.
