Description of the home
Sub-penthouse Steve’s hotel precinct. Close to public transport, 5min to the city and 10min to the beach, with UWA and the river front a stone’s throw away.
My apartment is located in a prime location right on the Nedlands foreshore. Comes fully equipped with brand new appliances, chef’s kitchen, ice plunge, infrared sauna, 2x zip tap with cold, boiling and sparkling water and so much more.
The apartment block itself is small with very little commotion, always quiet and comes with access to a gym and a heated swimming pool.
Weekly cleaner with inspection ensures we stay on top of anything that needs doing. Water, electricity, internet and gas bills are split according to time spent at home. You will Be provided with a thumb access to the front door.
I will be adding new photos of the spaces and new furnishings as soon as I get back next week. Inspections welcome and looking forward to interviewing like-minded prospective house mates.

So it goes without saying that in general this is not a party house and the idea is that the apartment be our sanctuary to come home to after work, relax and recharge in a highly luxurious and comforting homely space, while any busy entertaining and socialising is then done away from this homely vibe, subject to exceptions of course :)
When I am home, I am all about relaxing, getting out and about with my friends, playing golf and surfing with my family. Quiet, clean and tidy; recharging before my next trip. I need house mates that can respect that and I offer the same in return :)
