The room per week is $300, including all bills and unlimited internet.
The house is furnished but the bedroom is empty, so you’ll need to get your own furniture. The room has a single closet and there is storage in the bathroom.
The third bedroom is an office that I use for working from home sometimes, but there is storage in the room that you can use.
You get your own bathroom and seperate toilet, plus a space in the double garage.
There is a little outdoor area (pictured) and the property is very close to Reid highway, Mirabooka shops and bus stop
About me: I am 25. I work full time at ECU and have a plant based diet. I am pretty relaxed, like to go out with my friends, go to the gym (Mirabooka Revo is very close by!) and travel. LGBTQI+ friendly
