Sharing with me, my partner and a friend from the US, doing FIFO. All in our early 30s.

Not a party house, although we like to have the occasional BBQ at the back, and we are open to others bringing friends to the house as well :)

We are all very respectful of each other's spaces and have been sharing this house with others for a long time, so all systems are in place and everything runs smoothly

The only strong requisites for living in this house is to be open to comunication and to share all responsibilities of the house. Always cleaning after yourself, and getting involved in the tidying up and organization of the house chores is important for us.

Bills and expenses

You only pay bills for the weeks you are in the house. Not when you are away for work (if you are FIFO, you only pay the bills for the days you are IN the house).
We split the bills evenly :)
