Home Description

Description of the home

2x1 duplex in Osborne Park.
Great location. Walking distance to the supermarket/restaurants/bank etc and bus stop. 10 minutes to the city, 15 minutes to the beach. Managed by a real estate agent and a great landlord of 10 years. Easygoing neighbours. You would need to be approved by the real estate

The room is unfurnished, I’d say it’s more of a medium sized bedroom, big enough to fit a queen bed, you would need to bring a wardrobe or set of drawers. It has a roller shutter and a ceiling fan. It’s just been freshly painted.

I am looking to buy a bigger couch and upgrade a couple of things once I get somebody in.

About occupants
I’m Jack. I'm a Trans guy, 37. I'm fairly easy going, I’d consider myself more on the introverted side. I have a dry/cheeky sense of humour and love a bit of banter. I consider my home my sanctuary so I tend not to have people over often. I go out to socialise but I would much rather curl up with a with a good doco/thriller these days.

I work full time as a Service Technician Monday to Friday. I like to chill out after work and on weekends I am either taking the dog out, go to shows or performances, meet up with friends/family or a bit of gardening. Music is my passion and I sing in a choir. I smoke tobacco currently, outside only. I’m not really a party goer, I generally only drink on occasions when I go out.

I like the place to look nice and value a clean common area. I like a chilled out environment when I’m at home so this is definitely not a party house. I’m considerate of others and their routine.
I’m down to have a chat/hang with my housemate but will generally do my own thing most of the time.
Compatible people
My ideal flat mate is
- Mature and respectful of the home and belongings.
- Considerate and drama free
- Cleans up after themselves, is neat and tidy and helps out around the house.
- Pays rent and bills on time
- Employed full time or a student
- It’s absolutely required that my housemate loves dogs and is responsible with pets

Someone easy going, friendly, responsible and LGBTQI friendly.
FIFO welcome.
Description of pets
I have a 7 year old Golden Retriever who is very well house trained, polite and very friendly so she would love some extra company. She is an absolute sweetheart and always willing to share her stuffed toys. She’ll never be in your face but doesn’t mind hanging out if you’re home. She won’t get into your things or destroy anything. She’s just got such a beautiful nature so I’m really hoping to find someone who can appreciate her.
