The house is furnished! Old photos used, fully furnished every room. - towels, sheet, pillows etc all available.

The house is bright and spacious, with plenty of natural sunlight streaming through the open living and dining areas, creating a welcoming atmosphere. It boasts a big open kitchen, perfect for those who love to cook, and is equipped with modern appliances. The home is air-conditioned for comfort year-round and is fairly newly built, ensuring a fresh and modern feel throughout.

We also have a cozy theatre room where TV and Netflix are free to use. Outside, there’s a small yard featuring both a lemon and guava tree—imagine having fresh fruit straight from your backyard! For convenience, the washing machine and fridge are free to use.

Located just 5 minutes from the gym, shops, fast food, and bus stops, this home offers both comfort and practicality in a peaceful neighborhood. It’s the perfect balance of relaxation and modern living!

We love to keep a clean household, cleaning the house every couple of days to make sure we are always comfortable! Non party house but we are always down for a quiet social drink! :)

Bills and expenses
