Hello everyone, I have a room available in Port Kennedy WA 6172, (prefer female but not essential) the carpet and queen mattress have been shampooed and sanitised and the rooms are ready to move into, and when you move out part off your cleaning deposit will shampoo and sanitise room and mattress for the next person too keep it fair for everyone.
YOU MUST BE IN FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT.

The bus stop is about 1 minute walk, shops, takeaways, bar restaurant about a 10 minute walk, beach about 2-2.5 K's away.

For NON FIFO rates are singles, $220.00 per week,
for couples $360.00 per week.
Rent includes all bills and more.
In your bedroom is a 55 inch 4K smart T.V, bedside lamp, bedside draws, duchess, fan, ducted aircon, every room has its own on/off for aircon, fast unlimited WIFI.
For FIFO SINGLES $200.00 a week.
FIFO COUPLES $320.00 a week

I am 56, very clean and tidy so you also need to be clean and tidy, I'm not here to pick up and clean up after you, I am ANAL about the house being kept clean and all doors/locks always kept shut/locked.
To do your dishes is SOO easy just scrap your plate off into the rubbish bin and put all off your dishes straight into the dishwasher and walk away then i will turn the dishwasher on in the morning and I'll empty it when it's finished, if it's got clean dishes in it and i haven't got around to emptying it then please empty it before you put more dishes in the dishwasher. NO rinsing needed, just make sure there's no lumps off food or anything stuck on the dishes or cutlery when you put them in the dishwasher, TOO EASY.

Bills and expenses

Bills are included in rent (water, power, gas. wifi, ect) I also supply you with toilet paper, cleaners to clean your shared bathroom and toilet, glad wrap, baking paper, tinfoil, pots, pans, cups ect, all included in your rent.
