I am happy to have short term or long term house mates but I'd like 3~6 month probation period just incase we have different ways of living. The room has a queensize bed and furniture but no problem if your have your own furniture as there is a 3rd spare bedroom. The spare room is available for use as a study/ TV room/ your children if they visit, and occasional guests, however it will cost extra to use this room if you want it exclusively to use. We can discuss this if you would like this option.
