Looking for a decent young lad to join me and my housemate in our current home, already furnished, located NOR in the Clarkson area😊. Move in date is around Mid to Late Jan.
The house is a 4x2, with 2 living spaces, and one of the bedrooms used as a studio. There’s a large sized patio on the side of the house and a decent sized backyard🪴. No pets are allowed ☹
The house is across the road from a park, 3mins from an IGA, and about 10mins from Joondalup.
Do note! You’ll be joining me and my housemate on our upcoming renewal of the lease, as such you’ll need to be able to provide good rental references and bond etc to the landlord, as you have to officially be approved by them. (If you’re just moving out of home from your parents the agent can be chill with that too.)
