House is in a a cul-de-sac with bus stop to city about 50 meters at end of street. Centrally located to Vic Park, Leederville and My Lawley eateries and cafes. Casino is just down the road as well.

Home is a renovation with some work left to do but very liveable, unique, interesting and tranquil. The gardens around the home are of a standard that always gets comments of appreciation by people walking past or first time visitors. You won't be disappointed.
There is a studio gym which I use but am happy for you to use if responsibility is shown and taken.

Bills and expenses

Electricity, internet and gas to be shared equally. I'm happy to pay extra for the water during summer as the gardens around the house are extensive with sixteen deciduous trees around the house, meaning lots of shade during summer and sun during winter. Autumn is pretty spectacular.

Respectful, clean and tidy, this means no-one wants to be anyones maid nor mother. You won't find my mess for you to wake up to in the kitchen or shared areas , hence we expect the same from you. Our private domains are private, my personal property is mine and I'm happy to share but please be respectful and ask and look after as required. Household is peaceful and occupied by mature adults, if you are a party goer that wants to party at home, this isn't the right house for you.
Apologies if this sounds all a little too rigid, I simplly want someone who is mature, an adult and respectful of others and their living space. Very loud music is fine if you have your headphones on ;-)
Tidiness and cleanliness is very important for the shared common areas. I, we are happy to discuss anything you want to know as this will ensure we're a good fit for both parties. At the end of the day everyone want's a place they call home. Please ask if you have any concerns or otherwise, everything is up for discussion so we don't make the wrong choice. Both I and my partner travel a bit so wan't someone mature and responsible. Hopefully not too much to ask for.
