I am posting an adverting looking for a roommate to move in from the 21st of December onwards.
The unit has 7 different spaces. 2 bedrooms, corridor, kitchen, living room, shared bathroom, and courtyard.
The cafe and jetty is a 4 minute walk. Rockingham foreshore is 1 km away, which is literally a 2 minute drive. In my opinion, its the perfect place to go for an afternoon jog. Amazing view and plenty of water taps.
