I am renting out one room in Scarborough In a 2 bedroom house with garden, living room and separate dining room. The house has a double garage. Home will be fully furnished, your room has a bed, small cupboard to hang clothes and one chest of drawers- If required. room does not have aircon.. you will need a fan. Double garage- if you have a vehicle.
Perfect location! 15 minutes walk to the beach with cafes near by.
About me. I’m Niomi (32) from Scotland. I have just moved over from Sydney- where I have been for the last 10 years on and off. I have friends and family in Perth and I am relocating to be closer to them and for a new job- I am working full time 😊
I have a 4 year old Am Staff named Frankie, who is very friendly and house trained.
