our house is in a fab location, there's a bus stop only 1 minute walk away, we're walking distance to the shops on angelo street (including coles, gym etc) and less than 5 minute drive to the foreshore.
the house is a spacious character home, with aircon in every room. we have space on the property for at least 3 cars to park, as well as street parking outside. we also have a backyard and large shed outside for storage.
