We have a spot opening up at our house!!
There is a really nice view of the city from the enclosed balcony.
We have quite a large backyard with a big lawn that has a patio joining onto it.
🪴 We are preferably looking for someone who likes gardening as we have a large garden we are struggling to keep on top of 🪴🪴🪴
As this is quite a cheap price for where we are, it will be a competitive position to get!

We have a house on Millpoint Road in South Perth and are currently looking for one new housemate.
Currently there are four people living in the house.
- Elle (me) who is studying Film at SAE Creative Media Institute.
- Patric who is studying Environmental science at Curtin University.
- Aiden who is studying Archeticture at UWA.
- Liv who is working full time
we are all in our 20’s
We have 1 bedroom available - half furnished - has a bed frame and mattress available. There is also a desk available.
There are 2 shared bathrooms.
Rent will be $200 per week which is a great price for the area we live in and the house.
There are a few bus stops around the house, including one right across the road.
We also live very close to Sarapan cafe.
We are quiet and respecting of the other housemates and will be nice people to live with 🙂 We have been in the house for just over 3 years now and have a good housemate community vibe going 😸😸
There is wifi available and we also split the bills between us.
