Close to busses and not far from the train line. Supermarkets and shopping centres are close. King single bed equivilany to a double.. Very clean and tidy home, fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen, heated and air conditioned, Netflix, amazing garden out back with bbq facilities, undercover clothes line plus a second in the sun. Own parking bay off the street if required.
We have two cats if you like pets yet the sleep most of the day they are Pretty lazy. 1 bedroom with king size single bed, 8 drawers and double wardrobe, bathroom and toilet close to bedroom at the back of the house. Private area which can be closed off if required.

Female hairdresser, 57 works full time, studies at Griffith uni- 6th year part time. I make candles and jewellery, soap and other things. We are both very creative.
We have two adorable cats- a rag doll and Persian who attend cat shows.
We are quiet and respectful of personal space, we watch movies and study or visit friends. Don’t smoke or vape and would appreciate a like minded person, not into drinking much either.
Love cooking and we keep a very clean and tidy house.
Prefer them to keep their room tidy and make the bed each day as well as keep their bathroom tidy too.
