The room has a queen bed and built in wardrobe. Available from 23rd September for atleast 6+ months stay. Rent is $280 including all bills (internet+utilities). 2 weeks bond is required at the time of moving in.
- The house is fully furnished but will be happy to accommodate your furniture, if any.
- The house is conveniently located near Victoria Park, shops, Carousel Westfield, public transport is a 5 minute walk which takes you to the city in 20 minutes.
