We have one last Queen-Sized bedroom to let in our home. The other two rooms are now occupied. This room is also upstairs.
The room has a built-in wardrobe plus ducted evaporative airconditioning.
There are already two other room mates upstairs (each with their own Queen room), who will be sharing a common bathroom and toilet . The bathroom has a spa plus radiant heating for the winter months.
There is a common kitchenette, lounge/dining/TV area upstairs plus a balcony accessible to all. The balcony has a cafe table with chairs, including an electric George Foreman grill. The area is also serviced by a cleaning robot.
Our house has a cleaner who comes in fortnightly and this cost is included in the rent.
Internet is NOT included in your rent.
Our house is a 2-minute walk to the lovely, family-oriented Civic Stirling park, which has great BBQ facilities and is often the venue for community festivals during the warmer months.
A further 7-minute walk from the park is the Stirling train station.
If you are an avid cyclist or e-scooterist, our house is right alongside the Mitchell Freeway cyclepath.

Our house is a 2-minute walk to the lovely, family-oriented Civic Stirling park, which has great BBQ facilities and is often the venue for community festivals during the warmer months.
A further 5-minute walk from the park is the Stirling train station.
If you are an avid cyclist or e-scooterist, our house is right alongside the Mitchell Freeway cyclepath.

Full-time working professionals are preferred. On cleanliness, we prefer people to have a common sense, mature approach to it whilst sharing facilities. If you see mess, fix it. If you make a mess, clean it up.
Definitely no party people, smokers, alcoholics or druggies for us. We're a family-oriented home. We make no apologies about this.
