Hello, we are located in Stirling and walking distance to local shops, train station, and surrounded by parks just about at our door step. We live in a quiet cul-de sac cobble stone street so there is no traffic. Beach is about 6 minute drive, close to the huge Karrinyup shopping centre, Scarborough beach, North Beach, Hillary’s boat harbour, 7 minutes to city, etc. Bus and train access is a breeze if you don’t drive. House is large and spacious,
We have a big friendly cat and large lovely garden full of wonderful fruit trees and birds visit.
We will consider your pet but must like cats. Not sure if master of the house will tolerate yours though. Lol

About occupants
We are a small - working and studying family - only 2 of us left in the house (empty nester) occasionally son visits and myself and daughter in our large home so we decided to rent a room due to rental shortage crisis.
We are social and easy going but like our own Space too. Ages 20 and 50+. We are all busy doing our own thing most of the time! You probably won’t see us much as we are always out and about ! But happy to share a meal every so often, or a chat..just happy to go with the flow. If you want to do your own thing, that’s fine too. We would like you to feel right at home! We like animals and nature. Happy to consider a pet as we have a fully enclosed back yard. There are a few different escape nooks in our garden to chill out and relax. It’s a bonus if you like gardening and watering pots!

Big tabby boy cat. Adorable and friendly when he gets to know you. Does tricks and is very affectionate He stays inside at night but let him outside in the day. He is the boss of the house !
