Furnished room with single bed, desk and chair. Partner & I will have our own bathroom; spare bathroom will only be used by yourself unless guests are over. Only street parking available. Happy to share the washing machine & all kitchen appliance but will have to clean up after yourself!

Located in Swan View. Short walk to the bus stop, park & shops (IGA, Woolies, Ryderwear, etc) and yum food options. 15 minute drive to airport; 30min to CBD.

House is clean and tidy - this is a non-smoking household. We love our indoor plants & keep a few in the lounge/kitchen. While we do the communal clean, you will be expected to tidy up after yourself and maintain the cleanliness of your own toilet, bathroom and room.

About the occupants
Hey! It's Cammi (25F) and David (28M). We both work full-time so we like a nice, clean and quiet space to come home to and relax. We make the most of our weekends by cleaning, tending to our plants, seeing family/friends and going 4WD.
Compatible people
We prefer someone respectful of the space and preferably, will help keep their room clean/tidy. We're both both pretty laid back and keen to chat over dins, watch a movie together - but we will also respect your space as you do to us. Definitely not a party house and ideally, we'd prefer a person working full-time but willing to consider students who are working part-time. Only non-smokers please, thank you!
Description of pets
We have two cats - Squiggles and Teddy who like to both sit in the sun or play wrestle outside! They are both friendly likes to get pats/scratches. They sleep in our room at night so you get your space/privacy.
