House share with the owner in a new single storey house completed build in 2024 in Tuart Hill with 2 rooms available for rent.
Unfurnished bedrooms are roughly 2.5 x 3m.

For Rent:
1 x bedroom with double wardrobe recess (so it seems larger).
1 x bedroom with single wardrobe.
Each bedroom at $210pw

New modern kitchen features a gas stove top and multi function 90cm oven. Fridge, microwave & kettle for use. Lounge gets plenty of sunlight.

Separate bathroom for lodgers to share which features shower, bath tub and toilet.
Laundry area with single sink and small washer. I don't have a drying area but there is a laundromat down the road until I landscape the backyard and then install a washing line on the side of the house.

Ducted AC/Heating, gas HWS.

Utilities (electricity, gas, water) will be divided by the number of people in the house at the time for your share. i.e. on a per capita basis.

PARKING: The garage is a small one and is available for 1 x small car/motorcycle on a 'first come first served basis' to whoever rents one of the rooms first. There is parking on the verge but park at your own risk.

Property is:
• Walking distance to McDonald's, Nando's & other local restaurants.
• Approx 15 mins drive to CBD (no traffic).
• Approx 5 minute walk to the bus stop.
• Approx 5 mins drive from IGA Osborne Park, Flinders Square or Coles Balcatta

I currently don't have a backyard as I am still in the research stages of what I will create.
No current storage but 1 indoor side of the garage can be used.
NOTE: The passageway is narrow (just under 1m wide) so hopefully all your furniture is slim or can be broken down & rebuilt.
