Description of the home
Hello future flatmate,
This is Leo, originally from South Korea. I’m a full time graduate accountant, part time gym rat, and causal library nerd 🧾💪🤓.
This is a compact unit located 5 mins walk from the Vic Park Central and the cafe street. They have Asian restaurants, Woolworth, GP, Chemist Warehouse, Post Office, Domino’s, newly upgraded Revo gym nearby.
Only 15 mins walk to Swan River, the newly opened Causeway pedestrian bridge that directly connects you to the city and the brand new McCallum Park for your after work refresh.
There are many buses going to the city or the other side. 72, 75, 177, 178, 179, 220, 284 and 960. Only 5 mins to the city by any bus and 3 mins to South Perth by car.
If you are a Curtin student, just 10 mins by bus, or you can enjoy the FREE Curtin shuttle bus.
It’s 2x1x1 apartment, the condition is so new and good since its renovation right before I moved in. Fridge, kitchen, wall, bathroom, washing machine and etc are all new and I bought some basic kitchen stuff since then.
No A/C though, have windows and curtains all around with perfect shields so you can have fresh and cool air from all around without worrying any insects coming in.
The master room has a King size bed, desk, chair, fan and a big wardrobe with sliding doors. Two big mirrors are attached on.
Rent is 350 per week (bond is 700) including unlimited nbn home internet, gas and electricity. There’s no minimum stay thing, but only 2 weeks notice just in case our life styles don’t fit well.
I try very hard to keep the unit clean so I need you to take a good care of the unit as well, although you don’t need to vacuum everyday but at least once a week.
Have a car park inside the apartment and the security gates make you feel safe.
This is absolutely not a party house and it is the place I recharge my battery from work and study so hope you have a similar mindset. I rarely drink(once or twice a year) and the building is free from smoking.
I have a little bit of OCD, and the first thing I do when I get home is wash my hands (very hopefully you do too😂) I’m quite sensitive to cleaning and hygiene issues. So, I’d love to live with someone who also values cleanliness and good hygiene.
I would be much much much appreciated if my flatmate is a minimalist.
I’m well aware of finding a good place is so much challenging but at the same time, finding a mature and responsible flatmate is also terribly hard.
Thanks, Leo.
