Home Description

Description of the home

Hello future flatmate, this is a compact unit. It’s located 5 mins walk from the Vic Park Central and the cafe street. They have Asian restaurants, Woolworth, GP, Chemist Warehouse, Post Office, Domino’s, newly upgraded Revo gym nearby.

And there are many buses going to the city or the other side. 72, 177, 178, 179, 220, 284 and 960. Only two stops away from the massive Victoria Park Transport Station where you can catch buses going anywhere.

If you are a Curtin student, just 9 mins to the central station with 960, or you can enjoy the FREE Curtin shuttle bus.
Only 5 mins to the city by bus and 3 mins to South Perth by car.

It’s 2x1x1 apartment, the condition is so new and good since its renovation right before I moved in. Fridge, kitchen, wall, bathroom, washing machine and etc are all new and I bought some basic kitchen stuff since then. No A/C though, have windows all around with perfect shields so you can have fresh and cool air from all around without worrying any insects coming in.

The room has a King size bed, desk, chair, fan and a big wardrobe with sliding doors. Two big mirrors are attached on.

Rent is 320 per week including unlimited nbn home internet, gas, electricity and water.

I try very hard to keep the unit clean so I need you to take a good care of the unit as well, although you don’t need to vacuum everyday but at least once a week (only your room and I will do all others). Don’t worry about the bin, I empty it daily.

Have a car park inside the apartment and the security gates make you feel safe.

I’ve got all the basic necessities so feel free to consume and use them whilst living here.

This is absolutely not a party house and it is the place I recharge my batteries from study and work so hope you have a similar mindset. I rarely drink(once or twice a year) and the building is free from smoking. I have a little bit of OCD so quite sensitive to the cleaning issues. I would be much much much appreciated if my flatmate is also a minimalist.

A little bit about me:
I’m from Korea and recently graduated and working as an accountant.
My life is busy and if you are expecting to hang out with your flatmate often…I’m not the one. I will respect your life so I want you to respect my life too☺️. Cuppa tea’s always welcome.

I’m very aware of finding a good place is so hard but at the same time, finding a mature and responsible flatmate is also terribly hard.

Available now, but Inspections available usually on weekends.

Thank you.
