40yr old male, working fifo 1n1. You will have your own wing of the house. Own furnished lounge room. The room will be empty, tho can supply a bed and furnishings if required for a little more rent.
Has a big outdoor entertaining area, bar, wood heater, outdoor kitchen and pool.
Ducted evap and gas heater.
Would prefer fifo. If not full time would be a must. There's a 25f in the house. So just need to share a bathroom and toilet with her. Who works locally.
I have a dog so no more pets
