The house is less than 2km away from the Wellard train station and 2km from the freeway.
I have a 9-year-old child who spends the weekends and school holidays with me. The house has to always be a safe environment for him, so drugs and smoking will not be accepted. A glass of wine with dinner on the weekend should be alright.
You must be clean and have a full time job or a student.
I have no pets but you're welcome to bring along a cat.
The bathroom will be shared with the another flatmate.
The house has two extra bedrooms that we will not be subletting. You could use one of them as a study.
